Minor scratches on products or complimentary items, including photo cards, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Exchanges are available only in cases of significant damage and subject to stock availability.

Complimentary photo cards are provided based on the minimum purchase amount set for each city. One photo card will be provided per qualifying purchase amount (e.g., two photo cards for purchases equivalent to twice the minimum amount). Complimentary items are available for on-site pickup only.
